Our Policies

We make every effort to keep The Bristol as safe as possible, with regular deep cleaning and provision of hand sanitiser at various points.

We look forward to welcoming you to The Bristol, but first we have a few requests in order to help keep things as safe and enjoyable as possible for everyone.

Please comply with current Government Covid regulations.

Wheelchair users are very welcome at The Bristol and we have good access through the main double doors. We are a listed building and alterations to the loos are prohibitively expensive but the existing facilities are reasonably accessible, please call ahead for more specific advice.

Mobility scooters and motorised vehicles are not permitted inside The Bristol without prior arrangement. Please note, there are two internal steps to the upper level.

Children aged 12 and up are welcome at The Bristol at lunchtime. Children must be sat at your table. The afternoons & evenings are reserved for the grown ups.

Well behaved dogs are very welcome at The Bristol. There are usually free dog treats available and always a water bowl.

In line with WHO advice E cigs & vapours are not permitted inside The Bristol.

Media devices on silent, short phone calls in the lounge please.

Hen & Stag parties are not permitted at The Bristol. Feather boas and fancy dress are not acceptable. Proud Cabaret customers are requested not to use The Bristol.

Our dress code is smart/casual and shirts or tops must be worn by both sexes even on the hottest days.
